Ingredients :
1 egg A pinch of salt 50 g of sugar
10 g of vanilla sugar
20 g of flour
20 g cornstarch
500 ml of milk
60g butter
300 g of dry chocolate biscuits
180 g of milk chocolate
90 g of cream
90 g chopped peanuts
Preparation :
In a small saucepan, combine the egg, salt, sugar, vanilla sugar, flour and starch.
Stir until all ingredients are well mixed.
Add the milk little by little.
Bring to the heat and heat the mixture, stirring continuously, until it thickens.
Add the butter cut into pieces and melt it.
Arrange the biscuits in a baking dish in a compact layer and cover them with the cream. Make other layers in the same way.
Melt the finely chopped chocolate in the hot cream.
Add the peanuts.
Use this mixture to coat the cake.
Leave to firm up in the refrigerator before serving.
